This person, known as Onwuemeli Ngozi Chuks shown has defrauded an individual in business payments both directly and payments he received from the victim’s client in naira and dollars and is now on the run. His bank details are 1101080739 Kuda Bank Onwuemeli Ngozi Chuks, 5036452011 FCMB Onwuemeli Ngozi Chuks. He runs a page, C.O.B.STV on Instagram. He has an accomplice, one Edward Victor with the UBA bank account 2201663967 through which he receives money in naira. He receives dollars through a paypal account.
He refused to heed to meeting requests and has made it clear he is scammer, saying no one can find him and daring the EFCC and Nigerian police.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact 09121888188, 08052104093 immediately for immediate arrest by the law enforcement.
The public is warned to not have any business relations with him as he is a sweet mouth. He will make promises only to be untraceable after receiving payments. His scam has been on for about a year now and he has finally gone under.
