Post-UTME Screening Form for UNIPORT


The application form for the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) post-UTME screening procedure for the 2022/23 academic year is now available. The UNIPORT post-UTME application can now be purchased online. See application instructions below.

All First-choice applicants who scored 150 or higher on the JAMB UTME in 2021 are invited to participate in the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) 2022/2023 Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

Where to Apply

Candidates must enter their UTME Registration Number and confirm the pre-loaded UTME information.
Print out Payment Slip
Proceed to any of the banks having the Remita platform listed below (ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC, FCMB, UBA PLC, AND UNIPORT-CHOBA MICROFINANCE BANK) and pay only N2,000.00.
Obtain a Remita receipt including an Access Code from a Bank Teller to confirm the payment.
Return to the website and sign in with your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code on the receipt.
Fill out the Form online as instructed. Candidates who are expecting their O-Level result(s) must state as such.
Print the Photo Card for the Screening Exercise approval after clicking the “Submit” button. Reprint Photo Card the day prior to the exam.
Note the screening date and time on the Photo Card.

INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCREENING EXERCISE ARE CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT REGISTER DURING THE REGISTRATION PERIOD.

NOTE:

Inconsistencies in the candidate’s name or photograph on the Registration Slip are unacceptable to the University and may result in disqualification. Candidates’ names must be identical on their O-Level Certificates, UTME Results, and other registration documents.

Candidates MUST be at least sixteen (16) years old by October 2022 in order to participate in the exercise.
Mobile Phones, iPads, iPods, Walkmans, and similar devices, as well as any extraneous items, are not permitted inside the Screening Venue and its surroundings.

Candidates must submit their applications during the Registration Period, as the link to the Application Form will be deleted at the conclusion of Registration.

Candidates are encouraged to register from any location, as they are not required to be physically present on the University campus during registration.

Candidates who selected the University as their second choice and who wish to be considered for admission can ONLY apply for the Screening Exercise if they have changed their first preference to the University of Port Harcourt.
Applicants must transmit their O-Level results to the JAMB website as quickly as possible; otherwise, they will not be considered for admission.

Candidates must provide their own legitimate telephone (GSM) numbers and email addresses while registering.
In order to avoid disqualification, candidates must arrive at the assigned Screening Venues at the time indicated on their Photo Cards.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, AS WELL AS UNINVITED SECURITY AGENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE CAMPUS ON THE DAYS OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE.
