LAUTECH post-UTME application form! The Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) form for the 2022/2023 academic session is officially on sale at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH).

This is to inform all candidates who chose Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso as their first choice, as well as those who changed their most preferred institution to LAUTECH in the 2022/2023 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), that they have been invited to a Post-UTME Computer Based Test (CBT) Screening Exercise for admission to the University’s various programmes.

This is to inform the general public, especially those who applied for the university post-UTME and those who wish to register for the exercise, that the previously advertised physical appearance of candidates for the post-UTME has been cancelled.

As a result, candidates are notified that the UTME entrance screening procedure will now be conducted electronically. When the post-UTME registration application period expires, candidates’ UTME and O’Level results will be examined and used for scoring.

The screening results will thereafter be made accessible for viewing and downloading on the candidates’ application portals.

To be qualified for the exercise, a candidate must have obtained 170 points or higher in the 2022/2023 UTME [RECOMMENDED: LAUTECH Departmental Cut-Off Marks].

LAUTECH will admit only applicants who obtained credit in at least five (5) relevant subjects in no more than two (2) sittings of the SSCE/NECO/NABTEB for the UTME.

The university requires a minimum of Upper Credit for National Diploma applicants, NCE, HND, RNS, and JUPEB for Direct Entry candidates, and five (5) credit passes in relevant topics in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB.

To be qualified for admission to any of the following programs, applicants must have passed five (5) applicable O’level subjects at credit level in one sitting: Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Physiology, and Anatomy.

To be eligible for admission to any program at the institution, applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
Applicants are also urged to carefully read the university booklet, which is available on the university admissions portal page, to help them complete their application forms.
How to Fill Out the LAUTECH Post-UTME Form

From Monday, September 19 until Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the application forms will be available online for completion and submission.

Applicants should proceed to the University’s admission website, www.apply.lautech.edu.ng, to make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only for the purpose of online registration for the screening exercise using an Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM), as well as familiarize themselves with the available programs in the University and the entry requirements for O’Level, A’Level, and UTME subject combination for each of the programs so indicated.

Applicants must properly complete and submit the online application forms, as well as provide a clean digital copy of their passport images on white background, in JPEG format and no larger than 20kb.

Any applicant with a blurred picture on the acknowledgement page will be denied entry to the screening center since the photograph will be used for identification. Before being admitted to participate in the exercise, all candidates must submit the COLOUR PRINT OUT acknowledgement sheet at the screening location. Candidates should be aware that fulfillment of this condition is required. Applicants must supply legitimate and active e-mail addresses and phone numbers for convenience of communication.

Applicants who are expecting NABTEB, NECO, or WASC results are also eligible to apply. However, when the results are issued, they must be posted to JAMB CAPS two (2) weeks later. Results submitted after the deadline may not be accepted. Inconsistency in names on any results 2 and state of origin is also unacceptable to the University and may result in disqualification. The names of candidates on their O’Level results, other registration documents, and state of origin must all be the identical.

Any applicant who fails to appear for the CBT and oral interview for UTME and Direct Entry applicants as planned will be summarily disqualified from consideration for admission. Cell phones and other illegal devices are not permitted in the post-UTME CBT halls.

Candidates who offer false information to gain admission to any of the University’s programs and are discovered at any point in time will be turned over to law enforcement agencies for prosecution, and their admission will be revoked.
