The second season of Policybazaar’s acclaimed employee engagement competition, Jeeto Apna Ghar, which is India’s largest online insurance marketplace, just came to an end (JAG).

This program, which was started last year, offers the chance for the top-performing insurance consultants on Policybazaar to win their own houses.

Jeeto Apna Ghar, a groundbreaking project, not only helped Policybazaar surpass annual goals but also reduced our sales team’s attrition rate by 50% from the previous year.

At Policybazaar, we think that a company should earn the loyalty of its employees.

This competition is a project with the same goal. A competition called Jeeto Apna Ghar was created in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During Season 2 of this competition, advisers who exceeded their yearly goals were recognized.

The top 30% of insurance advisors might enter this competition.

Depending on how well they performed in FY21–22, 300 advisers received lottery tickets out of all of these.

From a pot of Rs. 3 crores, these performers who made the short list were awarded cash awards.

Five winners of the Jeeto Apna Ghar competition received houses worth Rs. 25 lakhs each via lottery.
