Owain Wyn Evans celebrated his anniversary with husband Arran Rees by sharing “never-before-seen” throwback photos of the couple on Instagram. Along with the images, the BBC Radio Two presenter posted a heartfelt message to mark their 15 years together, six of which have been spent as a married couple.
Owain wrote that they are still enjoying life, laughing, singing karaoke, and sipping the occasional small glass of “beveragè”. His husband Arran also shared his own set of pictures, keeping it “fun and classy”, as always.
Their friends and fans congratulated the pair on their milestone, with screenwriter Russell T Davies and Carol Vorderman sending their love.
Meanwhile, Owain has been busy hosting the new Early Breakfast Show on BBC Radio Two, which he took over from Vanessa Feltz in July. The new gig has also seen the couple move back to Wales after previously living in Manchester.
Speaking of his move back home, Owain revealed in a recent interview with WalesOnline that it was incredible to work in Cardiff and have the opportunity to be back in Wales. He added that being Welsh means having a deep connection with the country that is never shaken, even when living elsewhere.
