Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, Appoints New Education Secretaries

Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, Governor of Ondo State, has approved the appointment of 18 Education Secretaries across the state’s eighteen local government areas to strengthen educational administration at the grassroots.

The appointment is effective as of June 23, 2022.

The new Education Secretaries are:

  1. Akoko North East – Adejoro Sunday Ganiyu
  2. Akoko North West – Bankole Joseph
  3. Akoko South West – Chief Balogun Arogunjo
  4. Akoko South East – Femi Kure
  5. Ose – Chief J. Makanjuola Oredola
  6. Owo – Mrs Ajibike Stella Anoma
  7. Akure North – Samuel Olowere
  8. Akure South — Mrs Bola Alade
  9. Ondo West – Mathew Bada Esq
  10. Ondo East – Mrs Abiodun Adebusoye
  11. Ifedore – Taiye Adegbamigbe
  12. Idanre – Mrs Ronke Akindolie
  13. Odigbo – Chief Charles Meroyi
  14. Ilaje – Mr Alex Kalajaiye
  15. Irele – Mr Iseleoluwa Olajide
  16. Ile Oluji/Oke Igbo – Dr M. Adedini Omololu
  17. Okitipupa – Solomon Akin Arowojou
  18. Ese Odo – Grace Adeyoriju

The appointment is part of Governor Akeredolu’s administration’s efforts to strengthen the state’s education system for maximum performance.
