Tuesday morning in Queens, a 41-year-old lady was critically injured after allegedly being struck by her husband’s SUV while their children were inside, according to authorities.
At 5:20 a.m., a Ford Explorer driven by the 36-year-old husband was discovered on its side in front of a residence on Parsons Boulevard near Franklin Avenue, according to police.
The woman sustained severe bodily injuries and was rushed to Booth Memorial Hospital, according to the police.
The three children in the vehicle, aged 11, 9, and 6, were not hurt.
Police stated that the collision was being investigated as a vehicular assault.
