Ntokozo Mbambo announces album releases in two cities

The award-winning gospel musician Ntokozo Mbambo has scheduled a two-city, two-day record launch for March of next year.

Mbambo released a new single titled Imisebenzi Yakho in November, as well as a few new songs that were performed live on The United Tour in June of this year.

Imisebenzi Yakho is an uplifting, joyful hymn celebrating God’s amazing wonders. It acts as an introduction to Mbambo’s highly anticipated album.

The praise hymn has Mbambo’s distinctive soaring vocals, a foot-tapping drum snare, blasting trumpets, and inspiring backup singers.

Before the release of her new album in the new year, Mbambo will finalize the album’s production and perform outside the country (Ghana and Zimbabwe). On March 24 at the Durban Christian Centre Jesus Dome and on March 25 at the Rhema Bible Church in Johannesburg, experiential launch events will be staged.

The album releases will be the ideal precursor to the Christian Passover festivities of 2023, which begin on Wednesday, April 5 and end on Friday, April 14 at midnight. The launches will also mark the beginning of a new album era for the well-known praise and worship artist.

“I am thrilled to unveil this new body of work. I am extremely honored to be able to continue doing what I do. It has always been about using everything God has provided to offer Him the praise, honor, and worship He so richly deserves, as Mbambo explained.

This 2023 album will be Mbambo’s sixth, following the 2019 Christmas-themed album The First Noel, which yielded nostalgic hits such as Oh Come Let Us Adore Him, Yinaye, Jesus Medley, and Wamuhle and cemented her place in the hearts of sold-out audiences and admirers.
