Saturday morning, an unidentified man fell to his death from a Times Square supportive housing building, according to officials.

The FDNY reported that the man was declared dead at the site of the 6:50 a.m. event on 43rd Street near 8th Avenue.

“Someone jumped? Jesus Christ!” exclaimed a surprised woman who answered the phone four hours after the incident at the office location.

The woman just stated that the property was a “house.”

The Times Square, a former hotel with 652 units that opened in 1991, “combines permanent affordable housing with onsite supportive services for low-income and formerly homeless adults, persons with serious mental illness, and those living with HIV/AIDS,” according to the website of the nonprofit organization Breaking Ground.

There was no other information immediately available.

A person leaped from the top story of the Times Square Hotel on 43rd Street near Eighth Avenue in Manhattan.

Two bellmen from the Westin Hotel across the street reported that the NYPD had blocked off the block while conducting an investigation. The witness stated that the victim was male, but did not see him jump or fall.

A representative for the NYPD lacked information.
