Since Roe v. Wade was reversed on Friday, further incidents of vandalism at Catholic churches, pro-life pregnancy centers, and a pro-life memorial have been documented.

Graffiti supporting abortion was daubed on the LifeChoice pregnancy center in Winter Haven, Florida, on June 25.

LifeChoices’ director of development, Lyndsy Flanagan, told CNA on Tuesday that the clinic was informed of the damage on Sunday morning by a local priest. Winter Haven Worship Center, a nearby church, offered to paint the entire structure on Monday, according to Flanagan.

According to her, the attackers also covered the clinic’s sign and surveillance cameras with paint. She claimed that despite numerous attempts with a pressure washer, the clinic now requires a new sign.

Photos of the graffiti show the words “Janes revenge,” “Jane was here” “Abortion 4 all,” “Your time is up,” “We’re coming for you,” “We are everywhere,” some flowers, and anarchist symbols.

Despite the tense political climate, Flanagan said she was astonished at the vandalism because she lives in a tiny neighborhood.

According to her, the damage is estimated to be worth $3,000 to $4,000. On camera, the vandals could be seen.

When CNA questioned Flanagan about the number of criminals on the video, she replied that the FBI had instructed her to withhold any information until the investigation was complete.

She stated that until the inquiry is over, “they instructed us not to speak about any of the details contained in the video tape.”

She stated, “They are urging us to walk very cautiously with all specifics surrounding what we have knowledge of based on the video evidence because they feel it’s a national group that might be involved in this so that we can continue the investigation.

Graffiti in favor of abortion was found on the doors of The Church of the Ascension in Manhattan on June 27.

According to a reported photo, the words “If abortion isn’t safe, neither are you!” are scrawled on the church doors.

“Any act of vandalism or violence against any house of worship should be denounced, particularly when such damage is the consequence of hatred of that religion,” said Joseph Zwilling, director of communications for the Archdiocese of New York.

It appears that this is the only instance of vandalism against a church in the archdiocese since the Dobbs ruling, he said, thanks to the good work of the NYPD and other police agencies and the security precautions the archdiocese pushed the churches to take.

Early on June 25, graffiti supporting abortion was scrawled on the walls of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Renton, Washington.

The facade of the church was damaged by three vandals with graffiti that said “Abortions save lives” in two different spots, according to Dean Savelli, the church’s facilities manager, who spoke to CNA. He claimed that three of the church’s five locks were smashed by vandals.

According to Savelli, the vandals broke seven stained glass windows. Some of the collection box tops were broken by the vandals, who were seen on camera. He estimated that the damage would cost between $25,000 and $30,000.

A memorial cross for aborted unborn children is almost always passed by Richard Garnett of South Bend, Indiana, who informed CNA that on June 25 it was damaged with pro-abortion graffiti.

A photograph of the vandalism reveals yellow graffiti that crossed out the pro-life statement and scribbled “pro-choice” down the horizontal stretch of the white cross, which bears the words “In memory of aborted children” with a red heart.

An employee of St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church reported to the authorities on June 27 that the sign had been defaced, according to the incident summary from the Saint Joseph County Police Department.

The director of the Heart to Heart Pregnancy Center in Cortez, Colorado, Karissa Lundstrom, told CNA that sometime between Saturday night and Sunday evening, pro-abortion graffiti was written on the walls of her facility.

Because she did not want the vandalism to be the center of attention, she declined to provide a picture of the vandalism or reveal what the graffiti read.

According to her, there was some graffiti on the building and some on the sidewalk, and it was simple to remove.
