Massive blast damages Crimea-Russia bridge

An important bridge that connects Russia and Ukraine caught fire after a big explosion.

The bridge between Crimea and the rest of Russia has been very important for Putin’s war in Ukraine because it lets the Russian military get supplies there.Massive blast damages Crimea-Russia bridge

Ukraine has threatened to attack the bridge before, and in the past few weeks, it has been attacking Russian logistics.

Eyewitnesses said the enormous blast could be heard from miles away, and a column of smoke could be seen rising over the Black Sea

The cause of the fire is not yet clear but Ukraine has been targeting Russian logistics in recent weeks

Video shows that the rail bridge is on fire and that the road bridge next to it is partially broken.

Witnesses said that the huge explosion, which happened when a train in the middle of the bridge caught fire, could be heard from miles away.

The rail bridge from Russia to the Crimean peninsula can be seen engulfed in flames on the right, while a huge section of the road bridge has collapsed into the sea

We don’t know what started the fire yet, but Russian state TV said that a fuel tank on the bridge was on fire.
