In the past week, Martha Stewart has dominated social media conversations.
The internet is startled that the 81-year-old businesswoman, author, and television personality posted close-up photographs of her face on Instagram.
Fans, on the other hand, believe that the lifestyle guru cannot look so faultless without assistance.
In the first shot, Stewart is seen resting against a sink and having her hair washed at a salon while wearing minimum makeup.
“Lying in the shampoo area of @FredericFekkai the light was perfect for a new selfie!!! Absolutely no re-imaging!!! After a largely dry January and daily pilates at @bedfordpilates, my skin is looking great. By re-imagining, I meant no filters on my selfie!” she writes in the image’s description.
Several hours after her initial tweet, Stewart uploaded two more photographs shot at the salon.
“Un filtered. Not a facelift Excellent dermatologists my entire life Currently doctor Daniel Belkin and dr Dhaval Bhanusali fantastic diet. She captions the photographs, “Great exercise and did I mention amazing facials from @mariobadescu for the past forty years?”
And while many followers praised her ageless beauty, some fans suspect that the photographs may have been altered.
One member remarked, “There is most certainly some sort of filtering or editing of this photo compared to the others, not to say she doesn’t look good at 81.”
“Plastic surgery and injections look incredibly good!” And another concurred, stating, “Absolutely no re-imagining, please.” Please be sincere and genuine,” another user remarked.
