A guy was reportedly caught conducting a sex act in broad daylight on a crowded train in New South Wales, before forgetting his belt after being removed by police.
A witness shared Saturday film of the alleged incident’s aftermath on TikTok with the title, “Man caught masturbating on a Sydney train.”
“Sex on a train,” he can be heard saying as the guy is instructed to accompany a police officer out of the train car and onto the station platform.
The guy agrees to accompany the officer and slings his knapsack over his shoulder, but does not realize he has forgotten his belt.
The officer points to a black belt on the man’s seat and says, “Wait, is this your belt?”
The guy capturing the video declares, “He removed his belt in full.” His fly is also still undone. Bro, please fasten your trousers, bro.
And your fly is undone, sir,’ the officer says.
The alleged event is said to have happened on a train traveling around two hours from Newcastle to Sydney’s Central Station in the metropolis.
After boarding the train on June 29 at 10:20 a.m., passengers reportedly saw the guy expose himself and engage in a sexual conduct, according to the NSW Police.
A spokeswoman said, “Police were contacted, and officers from the Gosford Police Transport Command boarded the train at the Gosford Railway Station.”
The 20-year-old male was detained and sent to the Woy Woy Police Station, where he was charged with willful and indecent exposure in a public place and offensive behavior in a public passenger vehicle.
The defendant appeared at Gosford Local Court on July 14.
The TikTok video has gained over 1,400,000 views and almost 100,000 likes, and viewers have left their opinions in the comments section.
“Who removes their whole belt for that?” a guy wrote.
Another said, “Bro’s lesson from this is to be sneakier next time.”
“This occurred to me once, when a man who was alone in a carriage with me ripped down his trousers, gazed at me, and went for the gold.” ‘I’ve never been on a train since,’ a lady remarked.
