No solid arrangements for a summit between Russian and U.S President – Kremlin

On Monday, the Kremlin said there were no solid arrangements for a summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden over Ukraine, but that a call or meeting might be scheduled at any time.
Tensions over Ukraine were rising, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, although diplomatic talks were ongoing.
Putin, he claimed, would address Russia’s security council shortly.
