Lincoln, the leading French company in talent management, has become the majority shareholder in Cooper Fitch

Cooper Fitch’s principal stakeholder is now Lincoln, the top French talent management firm.

Cooper Fitch will become a member of The Talent Club, an elite group of top-tier international talent representation firms in business, technology, sports, and entertainment, as part of the agreement.

In a deal that will see the talent and career leadership agency with its headquarters in Paris become the main shareholder in the business, Cooper Fitch, the largest privately-owned search firm in the Middle East, has teamed with French company Lincoln.

As part of the acquisition, Cooper Fitch will keep using its current brand to conduct business in the area.

In addition, the company will gain more flexibility and resources to speed up regional growth, and by working together with Lincoln, Cooper Fitch and Lincoln are expanding their operations globally.

Cooper Fitch will be able to access a global network of people to enhance its executive search and HR consultancy services thanks to the collaboration with Lincoln.

All workers will remain in their positions, and Murphy will continue to serve as the company’s CEO, ensuring the seamless expansion of the brand.
