Jens Stoltenberg receives Sønsteby award in Oslo

The award is granted to “brave defenders of essential democratic values” and is named after Gunnar Snsteby, the Norwegian war hero who received the most decorations during his service. Mr. Stoltenberg, when accepting the prize, stated that it was “above all an acknowledgment of NATO, and not the least of the thousands of women and men in uniform, who are always on duty.”
