Ilebaye Secures Victory in BBNaija All Stars 2023
In a thrilling turn of events, Ilebaye, a contestant in the BBNaija Season 8 All-Stars edition, has emerged victorious as the winner of the 2023 reality TV show.
The announcement of this exciting victory came from the show’s host, Ebuka, on Sunday, October 1.
A New Winner Takes the Crown
At just 22 years old, Ilebaye has secured the coveted title of winner, surpassing her fellow housemates, including the formidable Mercy Eke, who claimed the second position.
As the champion, Ilebaye is set to take home a grand prize package worth N120 million, which includes a weekend getaway for two and an SUV, among other rewards.
CeeC Secures Third Position
Cynthia Nwadiora, popularly known as CeeC, clinched the third position in the competition, following closely behind Ilebaye and Mercy Eke. Notably, CeeC, now 30 years old, had previously been the runner-up in the third season of the show, titled “Double Wahala,” back in 2018.
The Remaining Finalists
Adekunle Olopade, aged 28, was announced as the third runner-up by the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during the grand finale. Pere Egbi, aged 38, and Cross Okonkwo, aged 33, secured the fourth and fifth runner-up positions, respectively.
Ilebaye’s Dreams and Aspirations
In a heartfelt diary session earlier on the same day of her victory, Ilebaye shared her plans and aspirations if she were to win the show and its impressive grand prize.
She expressed her belief that winning would signify the fulfillment of her heart’s desires and bring an end to her worries. The prospect of possessing such a substantial amount left Ilebaye in awe.
The show’s organizer, Biggie, kindly pointed out that becoming the recipient of this substantial prize money would undoubtedly make Ilebaye the youngest multimillionaire in her family.
A Remarkable Journey to Victory
It’s worth noting that prior to her victory in this season, Ilebaye had experienced eviction from the show weeks before the finale in her previous season.
However, in the 2023 All Stars edition, she emerged as the sole finalist who had never reached the finals before. Out of the original 24 contestants, only six finalists remained, and Ilebaye emerged as the ultimate victor, walking away with the astonishing grand prize of ₦120 million.
