Previously alerted to a white Hyundai as part of their investigation into the murders of four students in Idaho, police have now ruled out the vehicle.

Earlier this month, Moscow police reported that a white Hyundai Elantra had been spotted near the crime scene, and that the occupants of the vehicle may have critical information.

Despite an avalanche of suggestions to an overburdened local police agency, no reliable leads have emerged since then.

A automobile was later spotted in Oregon, 750 miles away from the scene of the murders.

However, police stated this evening, ‘Investigators are aware of a Hyundai Elantra in Eugene, Oregon, and have spoken with the owner. After being engaged in a collision, the vehicle was subsequently seized.

The vehicle is registered in Colorado, and the female owner is not believed to have any ties to Moscow, Idaho, or to the ongoing murder investigations. The public is requested to cease any interaction with the owner.

Eugene, Oregon police notified Idaho police about this Hyundai Elantra. However, they have now ruled out the possibility as part of the probe.

In Eugene, both the front and back license plates were stolen from the vehicle. A member of the general public complained to police that a man was sleeping in it.

Tuesday, Eugene, Oregon police notified them about the damaged Hyundai Elantra.

When the vehicle was reported to Eugene police, a man was seen sleeping inside, but it is unknown where he is now or how much time has gone since it was first reported.

Monday evening, Moscow police concluded their investigation of the vehicle and withdrew.

The license plate has been removed and the front of the vehicle is significantly damaged, as evidenced by photographs.

The vehicle is currently parked in front of a Panda Express in Eugene, 750 miles from the murder scene.

On December 7, police declared that they needed to speak with the occupant(s) of a white 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra that was in the ‘near region’ of the victims’ residence on November 13, when the murders happened.

Police are reviewing security footage from a Moscow Exxon Mobil fueling station that shows a white automobile on November 13 morning.

The Moscow Police Department claims to have investigated 22,000 white Hyundai Elantras throughout the United States.

On November 13, Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle were all stabbed while sleeping.

The police have not yet identified any suspects, much less made any arrests.

They have attempted to explain themselves by claiming they are going to great efforts to maintain the ‘integrity’ of the probe, which has been severely condemned.

Today, however, it was revealed that the ‘principal investigator’ on the case had only been on the force for two years and was formerly in the military.

An attorney representing the family of Kaylee Goncalves stated last night during an appearance on NewsNation’s Banfield that his request for background information on the officer was denied.

On November 13, Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle were all brutally killed.
