First Semester:

Start of online Registration for New and Returning Students – Monday, January 24, 22 Virtual Orientation for New Students – Monday, January 31, 22 through Wednesday, February 2, 22
Beginning of 13 weeks for Teaching/Revision — Monday, January 31, 22 through Friday, April 29, 22
Matriculation Ceremony – Tuesday, February 22.
Resumption of Teaching/Revision — Monday, October 24, to Friday, January 6, 23 (11 weeks)
GES Examinations — Monday, January 9 to Friday, January 13
2 weeks for Exams in Faculties of Education, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Technology, Law, Agriculture, Renewable Natural Resources, Clinical Sciences, Dentistry, Basic Medical Sciences, and Public Health Environmental Design and Management — Monday, January 16, to Friday, January 27, 23.
2 weeks for Examinations in the Faculties of Arts, Science, the Social Sciences, Economics, and Management Sciences, from Monday, January 30, to Friday, February 10, 23. (End of First Semester)

Third Semester:

11 weeks for Teaching/Revision: Monday, February 20, to Friday, May 5, 23.
2 weeks for Processing of First Semester Examination Results – Monday, March 6th through Friday, March 17th.
2 weeks for meetings of Faculty Boards Examiners to evaluate First Semester Non-Final Year Results — Monday, March 20th through Friday, March 31st Senate Meeting to consider First Semester Non-Final Year Results — Tuesday, April 4th through Thursday, April 6th
GES Examinations — Monday, May 8th through Friday, May 12th
2 weeks for Examinations in Faculties of Education, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Technology, Law, Agriculture, Renewable Natural Resources, Clinical Sciences, Dentistry, Basic Medical Sciences, Public Health, and Environmental Design and Management, from Monday, May 15, to Friday, May 26, 23.
2 weeks for Examinations in the Faculties of Arts, Science, the Social Sciences, Economics, and Management Sciences: Monday, May 29, through Friday, June 9, 23.

2 weeks for processing of Results – Monday, June 12, to Friday, June 23,
2 weeks for meetings of Faculty Boards of Examiners (Final and Non-Final Year Results) — Monday, June 26, through Friday, July 7, Senate Meetings for the Consideration of Final and Non-Final Year Results — Tuesday, July 18, through Thursday, July 20,

Monday, July 8, 2023 marks the arrival of students for the start of the 2022/2023 academic year.

Graduate students will resume classes with undergraduates.
