How To Do Npower Batch C Biometric without Password
1. Note that this can only work for you if you can remember your Npower ID and are selected for biometrics. Your Npower ID is the number that starts with NPWR/2020/XXXXXX that can be found in your profile.
2. Why you should use this trick is because you forgot your password and cant access the nasims portal to see if you are Shortlisted for biometrics so the only thing to do is go to the cyber cafe with your Npower ID and have the cyber cafe operator use the nasims portal biometrics software directly to capture your fingerprint.
You can as well dial *45665# to check your Npower id or selection status.
If you do this and your fingerprint was successfully captured then you are actually Shortlisted, but if your fingerprint failed to capture then it might be that you are not selected yet for this biometrics stage.
Do this while you are trying to resolve your password issue with the Npower Nasims support team. You can send your complaints to them via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or call 01888540, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189.
To sign in, go to https://nasims.gov.ng/login and check your dashboard. You can also dial * 45665 # to check the status of your Npower ID or selection.
