Historians say Jesus Christ was the first person to play cricket and he used his ability to walk on water to chase the ball


According to historians, Jesus Christ was the first person to play cricket, using his ability to walk on water to pursue the ball.

Nearly 2,000 years before the game was believed to have been founded, the son of God carried a bat.

The details of The Second Coming’s childhood cricket career were supposedly discovered in a previously undiscovered Gospel.

The claims were presented in a podcast by historians Tom Holland, Dominic Sandbrook, and John Hotten titled “The Rest Is History.”

Discussing who was the first recorded player, Holland told the pod: ‘Do you know who it was? It’s a big name. It’s Jesus.
