INGREDIENTS

  • 6 butterflied chicken breasts

  • 6 jumbo hamburger buns

  • 30 ml butter

  • 1 sliced onion

  • 2 sliced tomatoes

  • lettuce

  • gherkins

  • 6 pineapple rings

  • barbeque spice

  • salt

  • pepper

  • burger relish sauce

  • 1 lemon

METHOD

  • To begin with, heat up a grill to medium heat.
  • Then, take a chicken and squeeze half a lemon over it.
  • Add salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and grill one side for 7 minutes.
  • After that, flip the chicken and add seasoning to your taste.
  • Grill the other side for 7 minutes as well.
