This has been a test of the testicles.
Harvey Weinstein and his “deformed” genitals have been studied for weeks during his rape trial in Los Angeles, and the jury is presently deliberating whether shocking testimony about the pervert’s private parts is sufficient to condemn the former Hollywood mogul for a second time.
In his opening statement, Deputy District Attorney Paul Thompson stated that none of the victims — four Jane Does linked to the felony charges and four “prior bad acts” witnesses — would be able to “perfectly” describe Weinstein’s anatomy, but they would all be able to identify “unique characteristics” of his genitalia.
“What I’m talking to is the effect of the defendant’s 1999 operation,” Thompson told the jurors as Weinstein, 70, shook his head.
His testicles were really removed from his scrotum and transplanted into his inner thighs due to an infection.
Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California Governor Gavin Newsom, testified during the five-week trial that Weinstein raped her in 2005 at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills using his “fish-like” penis.
When questioned by Deputy District Attorney Marlene Martinez to characterize Weinstein’s appearance, Siebel Newsom said, “Lots of bruises, yellow and green scars, lots of stretch marks on his tummy, not at all physically fit.” The penis appeared uncircumcised and odd, almost fish-like; something was misshapen in the testicles… Plenty of flesh, plenty of skin there.”
On October 4, 2022, Harvey Weinstein will appear in court at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles, California.
The jurors examined photographs of Weinstein’s disfigured genitalia in a secluded chamber at the Los Angeles Superior Court. During his 2020 New York trial, it will be revealed that Weinstein’s genitalia were scarred and altered as a result of surgery to treat Fournier’s gangrene.
One of the other victims claimed that she was raped in 2013 and that Weinstein, who is already serving a 23-year term in New York for rape and sexual assault, has “testicle difficulties.” She stated that his testicle was “part of him.”
Several of the women said that when Weinstein was alone with them in a hotel room, he would disrobe or take a shower, subsequently emerging nude and masturbating.
Monday, October 24, 2022, Alan Jackson, Mark Werksman, and Jacqueline Sparagna, attorneys for Harvey Weinstein, arrive in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Natassia Malthe, an actress, testified that Weinstein raped her in a hotel room around the time of the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards.
Malthe stated that when Weinstein inserted his penis into her vagina, she observed a large hole in his stomach.
Malthe testified, “I got zero response since I pretended to be dead, so it didn’t last long.” “He left me and finished himself off. He ejaculated into the palm of his hand.”
Jennifer Siebel Newsom testified that Harvey Weinstein raped her in 2005 at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills using his “fish-like” penis.
Jane Doe 2 testified that she was sexually abused at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills in February 2013. She said that Weinstein’s privates seemed as if they had been severed and reattached.
She testified, “I didn’t actually see a complete sack, I just saw a penis.” “I was disgusted. I had never seen a large guy like him nude.”
Alan Jackson, the defense counsel, begged the jury not to be influenced by the alleged “falsehoods” and argued that two of the accusers, Jane Doe 1 and 2, totally invented their purported sexual encounters.

He said Jane Doe 3, a masseuse, and Jane Doe 4, Siebel Newsom, engaged in “transactional sex” with Weinstein and had longstanding ties with the disgraced producer.
He said that Jane Doe 1, who claimed Weinstein pushed her to have oral sex with him, changed her story many times. In a 2017 interview with investigators and prosecutors, Jane Doe 1 first stated, “He shoved my face towards his testicles.”
Approximately one year later, during her evidence before the Grand Jury, Jackson stated that Weinstein’s testicles were mysteriously excluded from her statement by the same accuser.
Jane Doe 2 testified that she was sexually abused at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills in February 2013.

Jackson told the jury on Thursday during his closing argument, “She realized something was amiss with that testimony.” He never possessed testicles.
Weinstein faces two counts of aggravated rape and five counts of sexual assault, and if convicted on all counts, he could be sentenced to more than 100 years in prison. The jury began deliberations on Friday afternoon.
