Grace Gummer, the actress and daughter of Meryl Streep, and her husband Mark Ronson have welcomed their first child.
The couple was spotted taking a walk with their new baby in New York City over the weekend. Ronson was seen holding the baby while Gummer held their dog’s leash.
Gummer revealed her pregnancy in October 2022 and debuted her baby bump at a W magazine party in a red dress.
One month prior, the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
Ronson and Gummer started dating in 2020 and got married in August 2021, three months after Ronson proposed.
Prior to their relationship, Gummer was married to actor Tray Strathairn from 2019 to 2020.
This is not the first grandchild for Streep, as her daughter Mamie Gummer has a son who is now 3 years old.
Streep and her husband, Don Gummer, also have two grandchildren through their son Henry Gummer.
Streep joked in an interview with Interview magazine ahead of the birth of Gummer’s baby that she planned to “ruin [Mamie’s] life” while helping out with the grandkids.
Overall, it’s a happy time for the Gummer-Ronson family, as they welcome their new addition to the family.
