Golden Hasselback potatoes recipe

Potatoes are the tastiest food in the world since they can be prepared and served in a variety of delicious ways. These golden Hasselbacks are topped with butter, which is one method in which the potatoes are improved. There are just three main components in this fantastic dish, and you may add anything else strikes your fancy. The tops of Hasselback potatoes are chopped diagonally so that more of the basting butter may seep through. Because of this, the edges have more of a crisp, crunchy texture.

Golden Hasselback potatoes tips

To be safe and avoid cutting into nearby potatoes, stop cutting approximately a third of the way through. The peel of the potatoes may be basted while they cook to help it brown and crisp up. You may, however, further enhance it. To make the cuts even more delectable, stuff some cheese and garlic in them. Smoky paprika or chilli flakes are great for adding heat. These potatoes go well with a steak or roast, and you can get creative with how you prepare them.

These golden Hasselback potatoes are crisp on the exterior and buttery in the inside, making them ideal for an unique potato dish.
