Weather and Windrush Celebration

As for the festival itself, the weather is expected to remain warm and largely dry, with temperatures reaching 25°C.

The main stage on Sunday opened with a performance by the Bristol Reggae Orchestra and Windrush Choir.

This musical group from Bristol pays tribute to the Windrush generation and their descendants, coinciding with the festival taking place 75 years after the Windrush generation arrived in the UK.

Changes and Noteworthy Performances

The festival has witnessed changes and notable performances. Due to unforeseen circumstances, South African band The Joy and US indie band Japanese Breakfast had to cancel their slots on the Other Stage, with replacement acts stepping in.

Saturday saw mainstage headliners Guns N’ Roses delivering a powerful set, including a special appearance by Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters.

Lana Del Rey encountered technical difficulties and led fans in an a cappella performance of her final song after her microphone was cut.
