This is to advise all applicants who have registered for the Higher National Diploma (HND) admission at the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State, in 2022–2023 that the administration has announced the screening exercise schedule, screening fee, and payment instructions.
September 16, 2022, is the deadline.
The following times have been set aside for the screening test:
the 17th of September, 2022
Time: 9:00 A.M. Quick location: the Federal Polytechnic in Idah.
HND Screening Eligibility for Federal Poly Idah
All applicants, including those from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for screening and subsequently admitted:
- obtained the National Diploma in NBTE accredited programs.
- obtained, completed and submitted the HND application form online.
- processed and forwarded academic transcripts of their respective ND programmes to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Idah.
- paid the prescribed screening fee of Four Thousand Naira (N4, 000.00) only.
Procedure for Paying the Federal Poly Idah HND Screening Fee
Each and every payment must be made via Remita and a commercial bank.
Therefore, applicants should go to www.fepoda.edu.ng and follow these instructions:
- Use the username and password you made during the application process to sign in.
- To produce a payment invoice with a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number, click “Make Screening Payment.”
- Bring the printed Payment Invoice to any commercial bank to make a 4,000 Naira Remita payment.
- Go back to www.fepoda.edu.ng and select “Confirm Screening Fee Payment” to verify your payment.
- Uploading of documents should continue.
- Screening Payment Slip, print.
Documents for the Federal Poly Idah HND Screening to be Uploaded or Presented
Candidates must upload the following documents during the screening registration process and present them in original, spot-free hard copies at the screening location.
- A receipt for the application form’s payment for the ND certificate or results
- Proof of payment for the institutions’ respective ND transcripts
- Proof of the N4,000.00 payment for the screening process
a record of having completed the required industrial training (IT). - Proof of JAMB admission (a letter from JAMB admitting you to the ND programme).
NB: Candidates who engage in any form of result falsification will be automatically disqualified by the Federal Polytechnic, Idah.
