Although Bwala did not disclose the name of the former governor, he likened the frequency of their visits to that of a “bus conductor.”

Bwala further suggested that the former governor’s visits are intended to influence the Bola Tinubu administration with controversial statements related to equity, fairness, and justice.

The statement from Bwala comes following a recent meeting between former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, and other members of the G-5 with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The meeting has drawn criticism from Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the last election.

Sowore took to Twitter to berate Wike and his colleagues, accusing them of seeking appointments and engaging in political hustling.

Sowore asserted that Wike and his associates are now facing the consequences of their alleged deceitful and corrupt practices.

The meeting between Wike and Tinubu has sparked discussions and speculation within political circles, with observers closely monitoring the dynamics and implications of such interactions.

While Bwala’s claims about the unidentified former governor’s visits remain unverified, the political landscape continues to witness intriguing developments and alignments as preparations for future elections unfold.

The extent and impact of these behind-the-scenes activities on Nigeria’s political landscape remain subjects of ongoing scrutiny and analysis.
