Disney is one of the most enchanted spots to visit if you’re a huge movie buff and enjoy being carefree.

At Disneyland and Disney World, you can live out your fairytale fantasies, but there are regulations that must be obeyed.

Staff members must maintain character at all times and even use secret passageways to traverse between territories.

Guests are required to adhere to the dress code, which prohibits realistic costumes and provocative attire.

In addition to the written rules, cast members believe there are a few things visitors to Disney parks should avoid doing, and they’ve shared their secrets with Insider.

Disney’s spectacular parades are an important detail to recall.

On a daily basis, cast members adopt imaginative costumes and parade through the parks’ principal thoroughfares on enormous, decorated floats.

Visitors typically swarm the paths and cheer and wave at their favorite figures as they pass.

Yet, there are a few methods in which you might disobey during parades that really twist the crew’s gears.

Lara, who worked for Disney in 2008 and 2009, said that “parade etiquette” exists.

She stated to Insider: “I hope guests were aware that the procession begins at 3 p.m. It is remarkable how frequently this question is posed each day. I believe every member of the cast heard that question.”

But former cast member Tiffany D added: “During parades, guests spend an interminable amount of time to listen to cast members attempting to clear the route, or they go under the ropes and ruin the entire event.

“Often they will become agitated if you ask them to move a stroller, despite the fact that it is merely for their safety.”

Kirsi, a former Disney World cast member, says that filming a parade or fireworks performance can be a faux pas because it can obstruct the views of others and mar the experience.

And it’s not only the parades and concerts; when it comes to rides, there are safety restrictions in place for the protection of guests that some try to disobey.

Guests have attempted to place children who are too short or too young on rides for which they do not qualify.

Despite the fact that this could result in “quite serious injury,” some parents try to help their children get away with it. However, these laws are in place for safety reasons alone.
