Former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman and her husband have put up their luxurious Hertfordshire mansion for sale at nearly £7.5 million.

In recent years, Luisa’s Instagram postings have frequently showcased the interior of the ten-bedroom mansion, which features a swimming pool and a tennis court on its 2.8 acres of grounds.

According to Land Registry records, the luxurious house was purchased for £5.4 million in 2014 by the retail entrepreneur and reality star’s Irish businessman husband Andrew Collins.

Luisa, 35, and Andrew, 52, have lived there since their marriage in 2015 and have added a lot of expansions to make extra space.

According to the property information provided by selling agency Knight Frank, it is a “substantial family home” with automatic gates and a sweeping 800ft driveway.

The finish and detail is second to none, and no cost has been spared in the set out of this stunning home, according to a house sale brochure.

According to the specifications, visitors enter through a “stunning Crittall glass porch” and are “greeted by an impressive entrance hall beautifully decorated with a vaulted ceiling.”

A 6m handmade crystal chandelier illuminates the corridor, which leads to a ‘unique helical staircase’ with a ‘glass banister featuring a hand-stitched leather handrail’.

The interiors are touted as ‘beautifully finished’ and ‘a passionate cook’s dream,’ with a spacious open plan kitchen and breakfast area, fully equipped with the newest Gaggenau appliances including a teppanyaki plate and integrated coffee maker.

The kitchen has ‘stunning views onto the parkland-like garden’ and a comfortable casual family lounge space with an original fireplace from 1901, when the home was built.

Luisa is currently using another huge reception room off the kitchen as a playroom for her three children.

The other side, on the other hand, features a formal dining room with a fully equipped bar, a lantern canopy over a dining table that seats up to 18 people, and ‘stunning floor to ceiling wine racks made from brass and glass.’

A theater room with surround sound, a starlight ceiling, and a full-size screen are among the other reception rooms, as is a huge home office with doors leading to the yard.

The main bedroom suite features ‘dual aspect views over the yard,’ two dressing rooms, and a ‘stunning bathroom with rainforest shower and 24 carat gold tiles.’

The ladies’ dressing room is fully equipped with an open plan design inspired by Jimmy Choo’s Bond Street store and a ‘makeup area complete with a hand sink in the windowsill and a fully mirrored wall with Hollywood makeup lights.’

The main home has four further ensuite bedrooms, two of which have ‘generous sized’ balconies.

One of the further bedrooms also features a dressing room and another has a secret playroom/study behind a bookcase door

The details also disclose that a bedroom can be turned into a panic room ‘offering extra security and peace of mind for occupants of the house’.

The house which has an asking price of £7,495,000 also has a self-contained annexe with a fully fitted kitchen, downstairs WC, lounge and three ensuite bedrooms, described as ‘ideal for relatives, guests, staff or teenage children’.

There is also a ‘practical boot room’, a gym, sauna room, and a triple garage with accommodation above.

Outside, there is a fully equipped children’s play area and expansive lawns, while the indoors swimming pool features a sunken jacuzzi.

Knight Frank says the house ‘boasts a very high specification of technology and provides the ideal “intelligent” family home’ with air conditioning and a Crestron lighting control system.

The agents add: ‘The current owners have undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment programme ensuring the property offers the very latest in touch-screen technology.

‘A state of the art Crestron system in all rooms, including the annexe and pool complex is fully controlled by iPads.

‘Low energy Lutron lighting, ultimate insulation and PV solar panels all add to the comfort of the occupiers and extremely high specification sought by the current owners.’

Luisa rose to prominence as the runner-up on The Apprentice’s ninth series in 2013, and finished fourth on Celebrity Big Brother the following year.

She also became a regular panelist on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side and appears frequently on daytime television.

Luisa began her career at the age of 16 with a Saturday job at an estate agency to assist pay for the upkeep of her horse, and in 2013 she created a baking supply business.

Her first husband, Oliver Zissman, she married in 2009, but they split in 2014.

Andrew, her second husband, met her at a charity auction when he bid £3,000 for her. The couple has two children, and she has one from her previous marriage.

Andrew was estimated to be worth £72 million on the Sunday Times Rich List in 2020 after selling a number of web firms, a Dublin-based insurance company, and a significant stake in an Irish energy company.

Since 2016, he and Luisa have constructed at least four expansions to their home, including extra space on the front and side, as well as enlargements to the study and dining room. They also received planning permission for a loft conversion in 2017.
