Former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman and her husband have put up their luxurious Hertfordshire mansion for sale at nearly £7.5 million.
In recent years, Luisa’s Instagram postings have frequently showcased the interior of the ten-bedroom mansion, which features a swimming pool and a tennis court on its 2.8 acres of grounds.
According to Land Registry records, the luxurious house was purchased for £5.4 million in 2014 by the retail entrepreneur and reality star’s Irish businessman husband Andrew Collins.
Luisa, 35, and Andrew, 52, have lived there since their marriage in 2015 and have added a lot of expansions to make extra space.
According to the property information provided by selling agency Knight Frank, it is a “substantial family home” with automatic gates and a sweeping 800ft driveway.

Luisa began her career at the age of 16 with a Saturday job at an estate agency to assist pay for the upkeep of her horse, and in 2013 she created a baking supply business.
Her first husband, Oliver Zissman, she married in 2009, but they split in 2014.
Andrew, her second husband, met her at a charity auction when he bid £3,000 for her. The couple has two children, and she has one from her previous marriage.
Andrew was estimated to be worth £72 million on the Sunday Times Rich List in 2020 after selling a number of web firms, a Dublin-based insurance company, and a significant stake in an Irish energy company.
Since 2016, he and Luisa have constructed at least four expansions to their home, including extra space on the front and side, as well as enlargements to the study and dining room. They also received planning permission for a loft conversion in 2017.
