The offer is contingent to verification of your eligibility as a student based on the credentials indicated on your application. Therefore, you will be needed to present the original Certificate(s)/Statement of Results.
Only the original certificates will be recognized for those who achieved their O-level scores in 2012 or before.
Please note that if it is discovered that you do not possess the qualification(s) on the basis of which you were given admission, or that you provided any other incorrect information on your application, you will be asked to withdraw from the Polytechnic.
Before you are permitted to enrol, you must have been deemed medically fit by a competent Medical Practitioner acceptable to the Polytechnic. Before registration, the attached Medical Examination form must be fully completed and submitted by a competent Medical Practitioner.
The medical center will need that you register with TSHIP.
You must report promptly for screening and registration
You must dress with decency, and as such, no sloppy, bizarre, seductive, or suggestive attire is permitted.
You must first acquire authorization from the department before making any payment, since refunds of fees are not possible after receipts are issued.
Fees must be paid in full at the approved financial institutions.
This admissions offer is conditional and can be withdrawn at any moment. If you accept this offer under the circumstances stated above, please report to the department for clearance.
