Father who forced paedophile pal to dig own grave released early

A heartbroken father who forced his best buddy to commit suicide after learning that the man had sexually assaulted his daughter was released from prison after serving only six months.

Vyacheslav (Slava) Matrosov, age 35, was sentenced to 18 months in prison but has been released one year early.

In Russia, there was an outpouring of sympathy for the father who forced 32-year-old child sex abuser Oleg Sviridov to bury himself in a forest.

Following a struggle with Matrosov, the pedophile died shortly thereafter, and Matrosov buried his body in the unmarked grave.

Investigators determined that Sviridov committed suicide during the woodland altercation in which Matrosov expressed his rage over sex abuse.

Sviridov had sexually molested Matrosov’s six-year-old daughter on multiple occasions.

The father shared a photo of himself and his 35-year-old wife Natalya with the caption, “Home.” Love very much.’

Matrosov was initially detained on suspicion of murder, which sparked outrage in Russia.

In April, the Krasnoglinsky Court in Samara convicted him of ‘inciting’ his companion to ‘commit suicide’ and sentenced him to 18 months in a rigorous regime Russian correctional colony, but this term has now been reduced.

The strong bond ended when the father discovered revolting and violent footage of Sviridov forcing his daughter to perform a sex act on him on his friend’s cell phone.

The nine-year-old girl was overheard pleading, “Oleg, I can’t take it anymore.” I desire to return home

Former rocket engine factory worker Matrosov might have been sentenced to 15 years in prison if he had been charged with murder.

Matrovov received a surge of public support in the Samara region after he was linked to the murder of pedophile Sviridov, and the case gained international attention.

The villagers of Pribrezhnoye gathered funds to cover his early legal bills.

A petition signed by 2,500 individuals sought his complete acquittal.

They backed him because he “saved our children by ridding us of a child sex offender.”

Ksenia Sobchak, a prominent TV journalist and former Russian presidential candidate, told her followers, “All parents are standing up for the child molester.”

Sobchak, also known as Vladimir Putin’s “goddaughter,” has fled to a foreign country after facing arrest and imprisonment in the latest Kremlin media crackdown.

He was charged with “suicide incitement by threats or abuse.”

According to sources close to the investigation, detailed forensic evidence indicated that Matrosov had not stabbed Sviridov in the forest where the deceased man’s body was later discovered.

Allegedly, Sviridov was given an ultimatum to either go to the police and confess to sexually abusing the girl or face the wrath of the girl’s father.

A relative reported that Sviridov was severely beaten on the day he disappeared in September 2021, more than a week before his body was discovered in an unmarked grave near the village of Vintai.

Two additional children in the village may have been abused by Sviridov.
