- You can update documents such as certifications and purchase orders in your profile’s My Documents tab.

- Fill out the BOQ without changing the template and upload it once all prerequisites have been met. Bidders are only permitted to fill out the BOQ with names and values.
- Prepare your bid documents and submit them only in the acceptable format. If there are more than two files, the bidder may group them.
- Once the bid is submitted, bidders must click the FREEZE BID BUTTON to ensure that the bid is successfully submitted for the specific tender.
- Take a print of the bid summary as a token of acknowledgement of submission after closing the bid.
