The Duchess of York’s new £3million mansion in one of central London’s most exclusive streets was acquired from the party-loving DJ son of a property mogul with deep royal ties.
Sebastian Macdonald-Hall, whose stage name is Sebastian MDH, is said to have moved out of his two-bedroom Belgravia home weeks ago to make way for construction.
Son of property magnate Caspar Macdonald-Hall, whose family wealth according to The Sunday Times Rich List is valued at £954m, he is a real estate consultant with a Millfield education.
Fergie, 62, reportedly acquired the house from Mr. Macdonald-Hall in a private transaction in 2005, after his family received a 125-year lease from the Grosvenor Estate of the Duke of Westminster.
Friday, locals told The Times, ‘It will be intriguing to see who our new neighbors are.

Sebastian is also one of four members of the 2012-founded aristocratic DJ group Housekeeping.
