Dida & Mbappe’s similarity

A Facebook post says that French footballer Kylian Mbappé is the son of Nélson de Jesus Silva, also known as Dida, a Brazilian goalkeeper.

According to the popular online post. Dida had come to France for the 1998 World Cup of Football as a replacement for goalkeeper Cláudio André Mergen Taffarel.

Dida, who did not receive any playing time on the field, reportedly spent the majority of his time sightseeing Paris.

In the same year, Mbappe was also born. Mbappe was born after it was suggested that Dida had sexual relations with a lady in Paris-France, causing her to become pregnant.

Is the statement true? Is Dida indeed Mbappe’s father?

Although Mbappe and Dida may share a facial similarity and are both well-known footballers, this does not necessarily indicate that the Paris Saint-Germain and France national team footballer is the son of the Brazilian former goalkeeper Dida.

In reality, the rumor is false, as the France 98 World Cup began on July 10, 1998, and Mbappe was born on December 20, 1998. The human gestation period (the time a baby spends in a woman’s womb from conception to birth) is around 9 months and 2 weeks.

Assuming Dida truly slept with a woman and conceived a child during his Paris World Cup tour, the interval between the start of the World Cup (July 10, 1998) and Mbappe’s birth (December 20, 1988) is approximately 5 months, which is significantly less than the 9 months required for humans.

Well, unless he was born early, I would defer to the medical professionals to evaluate if a baby as healthy as Mbappe can be born after 5 months or more in the womb.

Or, much better, as several commenters remarked, DNA can be modified.
