A 22-year-old woman was arrested in Colorado after reportedly engaging in oral sex with a Tinder date, then duct-taping him, stabbing him, and choking him.
Officers arrested 22-year-old Lauren Marie Dooley on September 28 after responding to a residence in the 2500 block of East Cache La Poudre Street in Colorado Springs.
The victim, whose identity is withheld in an affidavit obtained by Law and Crime, reported to police that he had “just met Lauren on Tinder” hours before they met in person.
Dooley and the victim met at her apartment and hung out for a time on her couch before she removed his clothing and engaged in oral sex with him.
Shortly thereafter, the relationship allegedly turned dark.
Lauren Marie Tooley was arrested after allegedly holding her Tinder date hostage, threatening to kill him if he attempted to obtain help, then cutting him with a knife.
The near-fatal Tinder date is just the latest horror incident involving a dating app meet-up.

The complaint reads, “She then used duct tape to bind [the victim’s] wrists and ankles together.”
“[The victim] found it peculiar, but agreed to it.” When Lauren pulled a kitchen knife and demanded that he enter her bedroom, [the victim] no longer consented to stay at the apartment.
The woman accused in this case then began to cut his left shoulder with the knife.

Lauren then applied direct pressure to [the victim’s] throat for roughly 20 seconds, making it impossible for [the victim] to breathe.
“Lauren halted, but only to obtain a belt, which she subsequently wrapped around [the victim’s] neck,” according the victim’s statement.
The first section of the affidavit related to the assault of which Lauren Marie Tooley is accused states:
Tooley is suspected of kidnapping and injuring her Tinder date, as well as threatening to murder him if he attempted to escape or seek assistance.
She tightened the belt for an additional 20 seconds, making it once again impossible to breathe. When she removed it, she checked the victim’s neck for a pulse, according to the affidavit.
The accused then compelled the man, who was bleeding from his wounds, into a bath.
Dooley was reportedly unhappy with the victim, who had begun to bleed on her bedsheets, despite the fact that she is accused of inflicting the injuries that led to the bleeding.
Police later discovered blood in the bathtub.
Dooley and the victim met at her apartment and hung out for a time on her couch before she removed his clothing and engaged in oral sex with him.
The accused compelled the man, who was bleeding from his wounds, into the bath. Dooley was reportedly unhappy with the victim, who had began to bleed on her bedsheets.
During this time, Dooley bought lunch from DoorDash and threatened the victim, whom she felt had attempted to flee.
“I’ll murder you if you scream or say anything,” the woman warned the victim.
The woman then compelled the man to sit on her bed while she ate.
The victim was able to free himself after falling asleep by retrieving the knife that Dooley had put under the covers.
He attempted a stealthy retreat but was apprehended as he attempted to leave the apartment.
Dooley pursued him to the parking lot, where she allegedly smeared his blood on her hands while he dialed 911.
The victim disclosed to authorities that he had encountered Tooley just hours prior to their violent confrontation.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department received a call in which unidentified voices could be heard in the background, according to an official arrest warrant.
At one point, operators heard an unidentified 21-year-old man remark, “because you cut me” and “you’re going to murder me.”
As dispatch sends police and an ambulance to the scene, the argument between the parties can be heard.
The man was naked and seemed to be bleeding from a wound on his left arm, according to authorities.
The victim was actively retreating from Dooley, who looked to have blood on her arms and hands.
Dooley has been charged with entrapment, assault, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment.
If found guilty, she faces up to 25 years in jail, and her arraignment is scheduled for Thursday.
