In 2018, Cardi B pled guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from a fight at a Queens strip club.
CNN reported in October 2018 that Grammy-winning rapper Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, whose true name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, turned herself in to New York City police after a dispute at the Angels Strip Club in which two employees claimed the singer and her entourage attacked them.
According to a criminal complaint acquired by Buzzfeed News, staffers Jade and Baddie Gi claimed Cardi B’s squad attacked them with bottles and chairs over allegations that they had sex with the rapper’s husband, Offset. Reuters reported in June 2019 that Cardi B pleaded not guilty to felony assault charges related to the strip club brawl.
The Guardian reports that Cardi B pled guilty to one count of third-degree assault and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment on Thursday, while 10 other charges were dismissed. She was given a 15-day community service sentence. In addition, she was ordered to stay away from the women for three years and to pay their legal bills.
“Part of growing up and developing is taking responsibility for your choices,” the artist from the Bronx stated in a statement. As a mother, I am attempting to establish this practice in my children, but I must set the example first.
She stated, “I have made some poor choices in the past that I am not ashamed to acknowledge and accept responsibility for.” “These moments do not define me and do not reflect who I am currently. I’m looking forward to overcoming this circumstance with my family and friends and returning to the music and my fans, which I adore.”
In response to Cardi B’s guilty plea, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz stated that her office is “happy with the settlement” and that the sentence of community service was “appropriate.”
Katz stated through Twitter that “no one is above the law.” Ms. Belcalis Almanzar and two co-defendants have accepted responsibility for their crimes by pleading guilty today.

- Onismor Bhasera has been designated the new captain of SuperSport United by new head coach Gavin Hunt in the DStv Premiership. The veteran left-back from Zimbabwe, age 36, has replaced Ronwen Williams, who joined Mamelodi Sundowns, another Tshwane team. “He has extensive experience” (Gavin Hunt) Bhasera joined Matsatsantsa from Bidvest Wits in 2016 and has since participated in 156 games across all competitions for the team. Bash will serve as the team’s captain this year, according to a report from Gavin Hunt on Soccer Laduma. “He is a fantastic professional, and he has the experience. I believe he will accept the position since he is a leader. He will do well in this capacity, in my opinion. “It’s crucial for someone to join and be verbal and maintain the highest standards imaginable, which is true both on and off the field. Bash will succeed, I’m confident. He has my complete backing. I choose him. The vote was democratic. That was me. Being the captain carries a lot of responsibility, Bhasera continued. SuperSport is a large club, but I have to take it on with both hands and undoubtedly set an example by going out there myself. It’s going to be an exciting season because I have to play at the top of my game. “Ronwen did a great job for the club, so it’s a major loss, but it also presents a great opportunity for someone else to step forward and take his or her place. Williams has left, but that is football. The players are constantly on the move. He’ll do well at his new club, we hope. SuperSport United placed ninth in the DStv Premiership last year, but this year, larger things are anticipated from the team. At the Lucas Moripe Stadium, they will host Chippa United to open the 2022–23 DStv Premiership season on August 7 at 17:30. Following his dismissal as Kaizer Chiefs coach, Gavin Hunt had a brief run at Chippa United. This Is A Simplified Version (AMP)! For Latest Updates And Additions......
