Emmanuel and Liquorose, former Big Brother Naija lovebirds and reality TV stars, have examined the dynamics of their relationship in order to get to the bottom of what transpired behind closed doors.
The show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, tried to learn more about Emmanuel’s friendship with Liquorose on the last day, episode 12 of Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye Reunion.
Emmanuel declared unequivocally that he and Liquorose never agreed that they were in love. And Emmanuel is certain that they did not have an intimate relationship.
Emmanuel, on the other hand, defined Liquorose’s connection by making it plain that he was her boyfriend and she was his girlfriend.
“First and foremost, I know for a fact that I never asked Rose out,” Emmanuel explained. We never agreed to be dating, or that I was her boyfriend, or that she was my girlfriend.
It didn’t change the fact that while Emmanuel and Liquorose were outside Biggie’s House, they pretended to be in love in front of their followers, EmmaRose shippers. As a result, followers feel compelled to give them money and other items.
“And we talked about the whole Dubai situation where she claimed that ‘oh you left your girlfriend outside’. For once, we never put a label to whatever we had”. And Liquorose cutting in, said, “It was defined”. And Ebuka asked, “Clearly”? And Liquorose said, “Yeah”.

Liquorose said, “Allow me let me finish. I’m not begging for a man. I went to the House, I didn’t kill anybody, love happens for me. I can’t blame myself for that. God created me this way. I’m emotional like that. Do you understand?
“I’m not so stupid that if I’m getting a certain vibe I’ll stick by you. You gave me that vibe. We came out and still gave me that vibe. And don’t sit here and try to make me look stupid.
