In honour of Father’s Day, Anthony Albanese shared a precious old picture with his son Nathan.
The photo of the Australian prime minister’s lone kid carrying a toy stroller through a government facility with a white plush bunny in the seat was posted on social media.
He seemed to crop out his ex-wife, former NSW deputy premier Carmel Tebbutt, when he wrote, “Happy Father’s Day.”
On election night, Nathan outperformed his father, with some calling the 21-year-old “Australia’s most eligible bachelor.”
Earlier in the campaign, Mr. Albanese referred to his little son as his “good luck charm,” and in his victory speech, he praised both his mother and the boy.
“To my kid, Nathan, my greatest accomplishment. I appreciate your love and support, buddy,” the PM added.
We are both really proud of the kind, brilliant, and intelligent young man you have grown into, Carmel, and your mother is here tonight.
On stage, the two enjoyed a touching moment that melted the hearts of the admiring Australians watching at home.

One person wrote, “Good old Nathan Albanese absolutely has the look of “holy f**k my dad is the prime minister.”
No mere rip, more. Albo also expressed gratitude to his son Nathan, his girlfriend Jodie Haydon, and Nathan’s mother Carmel Tebbutt. Says a lot about the kind of guy Albanese is,” a different lady said.

Mr. Albanese said that his son, who is currently pursuing his education in Sydney, is undecided as to whether he would move into Kirribilli House or stay in their Marrickville house.
