Anthony Albanese ‘bullied’ Michelle Landry in Parliament, making her cry
During the heated debate during Question Time, Michelle Landry, the Nationals member for Capricornia in central Queensland, accused the prime minister of bullying her.

She demanded an apology from Mr Albanese at a news conference minutes later, with deputy Liberal leader Sussan Ley and nine other female Coalition MPs.

She stated, “I truly do not appreciate being addressed and yelled at by the prime minister as I was today.”

I feel humiliated at the hands of him and the Labor Party.

During her question, Anthony Albanese aggressively ridiculed Peter Dutton for a geography error, causing a female legislator to leave the chamber in tears.

Ms. Landry referred to the Prime Minister and other Labor MPs who cheered him on as he yelled as hypocrites for abusing her while asking for a reform of the parliamentary workplace culture and a safer environment for women.

She reported that Mr. Albanese called her after Question Time, but that he merely apologized for upsetting her, not for his conduct.

Mr Anthony yells "Queenslander" during Question Time after mocking Peter Dutton
The incident began when Ms. Landry accused the prime minister of violating a pledge during Question Time on Thursday.

She stated that the Budget delayed by at least two years $800 million in Commonwealth funding for the Rockhampton Ring Road.

Mr. Albanese’s response mentioned money for the Bruce Highway across the Yeppen Floodplain south of Rockhampton.

Mr. Dutton, who is also from Queensland, interrupted on the coastal town of Yeppoon, located more than 50 kilometers distant.

The prime minister used the opposition leader’s geographic ignorance to ridicule his home state knowledge.

Michelle Landry, Liberal National member for Capricornia, left parliament in tears on Thursday.

‘Yeppoon is a unique location! Yeppoon is located on the coast to the north of Rockhampton, whilst Rockhampton is located to the south,’ he screamed.

“The Yeppen Floodplain is to the south, and the Bruce Highway enters Rockhampton from the south!”

Mr. Albanese received a thunderous ovation from the Labor Party benches and twice shook his fist at Mr. Dutton while chanting “Queenslander!”

“That’s it!” he added dismissively.

The prime minister then described the history of the road project and criticized the opposition for failing to complete it while in office.

“We will complete this project just like we completed the Yeppen Floodplain and the roads leading to Yeppoon,” he added.

The increasingly noisy Labor benches applauded, clapped, and banged their tables in response to the Prime Minister’s boisterous performance.

During Question Time, Mr. Anthony exclaims “Queenslander” after making fun of Peter Dutton.

Mr. Albanese simultaneously made a contemptuous hand gesture towards the Coalition benches as they erupted in outrage.

Until deputy Liberal leader Sussan Ley raised a point of order at the conclusion of Question Time, the incident at Mr. Dutton’s expense appeared to be a bit of parliamentary drama.

She stated, “The member for Capricornia exited the chamber in tears and a condition of extreme sorrow.”

She requested that the speaker study the video and consider the appropriateness of his ‘tone’ during his extremely loud response.

Mr. Dick promised to complete the task and get back to her.

Ms. Landry argued that Mr. Albanese was addressing her during the portion of his answer when his voice was raised, despite the fact that it looked that he was addressing Mr. Dutton.

Ms. Landry was also seen on live television smiling and laughing as Mr. Albanese continued to make fun of the opposition leader.

After Question Time concluded, Ms. Landry, Ms. Ley, and several other female Coalition MPs convened a press conference in which they accused Mr. Albanese of ‘bullying’ her.

Ms. Landry stated, “Today in the Parliament, we’ve been discussing compassion, caring for one another, and using kind words.”

“However, once he screamed, pointed, and yelled at me, all of his representatives, including women, began screaming, laughing, and yelling as well.

This is not the first time that the Labor Party and the Prime Minister’s office have circulated smear campaigns about me in Rockhampton.

“I believe this should be a place where we can all work together, and I strive to treat others with respect and in the manner in which I would like to be treated.

“I’d like to thank my female coworkers for joining me today because we’ve all had enough.

They are a group of hypocrites if they claim that everything on the left is so good. Indeed, it is not.

Our female representatives and senators are constantly treated like pure garbage by the left, and we have had enough.

This pertains to women throughout Australia. If I don’t speak out against this bullying in the legislature, my daughters will have no regard for me.’

The office of Mr Albanese was asked if the prime minister intended to officially apologize to Ms Landry or otherwise remark on the subject.

More to come.
