Animal activist locks puppy in hot car with Dominion Movement, Animal Liberation stickers on back

On a hot day, a startled witness filmed a dog imprisoned inside a car adorned with animal care stickers, with only one window cracked for ventilation.

On Thursday, when the temperature reached 31 degrees Celsius, a silver Hyundai Accent was discovered parked on a Victorian street with a dog anxiously rubbing its snout against the glass for fresh air.

On the back of the car, which was parked in direct sunlight, were stickers from several animal rights organizations, including one from the non-profit Animal Liberation.

CEO Lynda Stoner was quick to denounce the driver’s behavior, scolding them for abandoning their dog.

It is comparable to leaving a toddler in the car… It’s terrible on every level,’ Ms. Stoner told the Australian Daily Mail.

We cannot monitor every customer who purchases our items, but it appears that this individual does not support animal rights wholeheartedly.

The automobile was also covered in Dominion Movement stickers, an animal rights group that utilizes hidden cameras, drones, and raids to ‘reveal’ inhumane agricultural practices and animal abuse.

Another sticker stated, “Don’t eat animals if you love them.”

The witness posted the footage of the dog imprisoned inside the animal activist’s car on TikTok and criticized the owner.

Please explain how this makes sense, the person behind the camera in the video pleaded.

“You love animals, but your dog is locked in your car while it’s 31 degrees outside,”

As the car’s temperature climbs, the footage shows the dark dog pressing its nose on the filthy window.

The RSPCA has issued numerous cautions against leaving pets in cars.

Even on moderate days, temperatures inside a vehicle can quickly reach more than twice the ambient temperature. When the temperature outside is 22C, the interior of an automobile can reach a scorching 47C. This is not a suitable place for a dog, advises the RSPCA.

The dog could be seen pushing its snout out of the car in an attempt to cool down (pictured). According to the RSPCA, even on mild days, temperatures inside a vehicle can quickly rise.

It is still widely believed that it is safe to leave a dog in a car if it is parked in the shade and the windows are tinted or rolled down.

It is still a highly dangerous position for any dog, regardless of the climate or location.

The RSPCA urges anyone who discovers animals locked in a vehicle to immediately contact the organization and local authorities.

While it is not unlawful to lock an animal in a vehicle, leaving them there to the point where they suffer negative health effects can result in animal cruelty charges.
