Andrew Tate, an alleged sex-trafficking and rape offender, arrived in court in Romania on Wednesday for his latest attempt to be released from prison.

The provocative influencer yelled to reporters, “You know I’m innocent!” as he was brought out of a jail van shackled to his younger brother, Tristan Tate.

The brothers and their two co-accused, the rumored girlfriend of the influencer and a female ex-cop, were in court to fight a second 30-day extension of their custody after being held since a December 29 early morning raid.

Tate, 36, was asked on his way to the Bucharest Court of Appeal if he anticipated being released on Wednesday. He responded, “There is not much justice in Romania.”

Ex-kickboxer born in the United States, whose normally shaved head was covered in stubble after more than a month in detention, made similar claims of innocence as he left the courtroom.

“If you ask them for evidence, they will provide none because none exists. “You will soon learn the truth about this case,” he stated, echoing past statements.

Prosecutors in Romania have accused the Tate family of leading a criminal organization that sexually exploits women. They allege that the couple attracted women and then coerced them into producing pornographic material, amassing an enormous fortune that they constantly flaunted on social media.

A court has yet to rule on Wednesday’s appeal against the decision to extend their detention by 30 days.

The provocative influencer has stated repeatedly that he is innocent of rape and pushing women into prostitution.

The judge made the original determination due to the “particular danger of the defendants” and their ability to discover “vulnerable victims in search of better opportunities in life.”

According to court filings, their defense counsel have requested that the judge consider placing them under home arrest.

Tate also attempted unsuccessfully to recover goods taken by officials from his compound near Bucharest, including exotic automobiles such as a blue Rolls-Royce, a Ferrari, and a Porsche.

Tate had ironically stated in a since-deleted video that he relocated from the United Kingdom to Romania in part because the legal system there would make it easier to defend against allegations of rape.

Since his incarceration, Tate has continued to tweet to his almost 5 million followers, frequently raging against the injustice of his country of choice and blaming “the Matrix” for his misfortunes.

“In Romania. They have the ability to take your life without a trial. They require no evidence. In this system, innocent guys return to shattered lives,” he said on Tuesday, urging readers to purchase coaching sessions from his website in order to create a “battle strategy
