An emergency search is underway in Sydney after a man went missing without a trace two days ago.

At before 8.30 am on Wednesday, Michael Laali, 37, was last seen leaving an address on Taylor Street in Darlinghurst.

He did not come home that evening, and his loved ones are unable to reach him.

Michael has a Caucasian appearance, is 175 cm tall, has a medium frame, and has short dark hair.

What he was wearing when he was last seen is unknown.

Michael’s safety is a serious concern, according to the NSW Police.

He is reported to frequently visit the Surry Hills and Sydney CBD areas.
