AJMAN, 22nd June, 2022 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman has issued an Emiri Resolution No 9 of 2022 restructuring the Board of Directors of the Ajman Cultural and Sports Club.
Khalifa Eisa Al-Jarman Al Nuaimi has been appointed Chairman of the board, which will have nine members, who shall serve for a term of three years, starting from the date of issuance of the resolution.
The Board shall continue to exercise its authority, hold meetings and issue decisions stipulated in the Emiri Resolution No. (10) of 2016 and the other provisions contained therein without breach of what is stated in this Resolution.
The Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from the date of issuance on Saturday, 18th June, 2022.
