Lizzy Savetsky shared with her fans how she improves her mood when she is “feeling dark.”

The almost-star of the redesigned “Real Housewives of New York City” used her Instagram Story to recommend prayer, meditation, and other methods for uplifting spirits and discovering happiness.

“Things that help me feel better when I’m feeling down: Savetsky began by describing prayer as “simply speaking up to God and begging for strength in the face of situations I cannot control.” “Meditation is pausing to concentrate on appreciation and to open my heart to comprehend my fellow people.”

The wife of cosmetic surgeon Ira Savetsky also advised her followers to “speak it out” in order to eliminate “overwhelming” notions.

The short reality star recommended “helping someone else” if everything else fails.

This is the most efficient method! Not need to overthink this… It may be as easy as contacting an elderly relative or being really present with my children,’ she added.

Savetsky’s statement follows Page Six’s report that the Orthodox Jewish social media influencer quit the “RHONY” revival after experiencing antisemitism.

“As soon as she was introduced, she began receiving ludicrous threats and anti-Semitism on social media,” a person with knowledge of the performance told us.

According to a second source, Savetsky, 36, was “terrified.”

She provided her followers with mental health answers.

However, we soon heard that she had truly quit due to a problem involving her husband, Brynn Whitfield, behind the scenes.

Whitfield reportedly used the N-word during a phone conversation with Savetsky in which they discussed the potency of racial insults. But instead of using the phrase “N-word,” she used the whole word. Savetsky reportedly believed that Whitfield intended to inform other cast members that he had also used the slur during the conversation.

Savetsky left the “RHONY” branding prior to its debut on television.

According to sources, Savetsky’s husband was incensed by the purported occurrence and denounced it to the show’s producers. However, when he recalled the call, Ira also used the real word, not “the N-word.”

We heard that Ira apologized, but the harm had already been done, and that was when “discussions” about the couple leaving the program began.

Bravo and Savetsky’s representative declined to comment on the dispute and casting shakeup.
