Adam Levine, says fifth woman, sent “flirty texts”
According to the Daily Mail, Ashley Russel is the sixth woman to publicly admit to receiving “flirty messages” from Adam Levine. Russell manages a fitness Instagram account. She said that the musician followed her on Instagram and sent her direct messages early this year (DM).
According to Russell, Levin would text her “nearly every night at approximately 10 pm,” she told the newspaper.
“I would check every time I posted a story, which was every day, and it was always viewed by him. He would like mainly like booty stories and would always reply with something to do with leg or booty day at the gym,” she continued.
Levine texting her seemed “strange” to Russell.
He said that he discovered me on his Instagram Discover Page since I had a fitness account and he is a “huge into fitness.” I wanted to keep going because I knew it was strange and I wanted to see if it grew worse, she said.
She continued by claiming that he stopped contacting her after she warned him not to text ladies on Instagram.
