A thankful mother of two hailed the stranger who “saved Christmas” by paying for her Christmas shopping after her account was depleted due to an error by her real estate firm.
The Australian mother stated she was at the Woolworths checkout on Friday when she realized her account was overdrawn.
Her former real estate agency erroneously withheld two weeks’ worth of rent, despite the fact that she and her two sons had moved three months prior.
She added, “To the man who just rescued Christmas, I cannot convey my gratitude for what you’ve just done for my boys and me.”
“I was very embarrassed at the Woolworths counter when I saw my property had taken two weeks of rent while I haven’t lived there for three months.

She added afterwards that the man was her family’s “guardian angel” and that his spontaneous act of kindness made her cry “ugly tears.”
The appreciative mother of two referred to the man as her “guardian angel” after her former real estate agent erroneously depleted her account.
Since it was uploaded, the heartfelt statement has received over 7,300 comments, with hundreds of users praising the man’s Christmas spirit.

The mother reported that she has subsequently called her bank, which has sought a “immediate dispute” regarding the withdrawn monies.
However, this may take between 24 and 48 business hours to clear.
