A furious parent from a Melbourne high school claims nothing has been done to stop toxic sexual behaviour from teens, including the threat of them sending unsolicited d**k pics to girls

Angry schoolboys, who he claims frequently attempted to send unwanted “d*** photographs” to girls, have been exposed for the terrible texts they sent to a young child.

The east side of Melbourne’s Balwyn High School has been the target of allegations that male students get away with harassing their female classmates.

Others claim they have been threatened with rape as a “joke,” while some students even claim that boys have masturbated in front of them in class.

An anonymous survey from 2021 that included reports of “sexual assault and misogyny” was made public earlier this month, landing the institution in serious water.

However, a father who has two students at the school but want to remain anonymous told Daily Mail Australia that not much had changed there in the previous year.

He disputed the assertions made by the high school that it had addressed severe sexual misconduct and claimed that the toxic atmosphere persisted since only “tokenistic” sanctions were given out.

Even though Victoria’s education department said two weeks earlier that it had handled matters “appropriately and professionally,” the father claimed that sexual misbehavior was still widespread at the school.

He told Daily Mail Australia, “It’s a highly toxic environment that is very, very ubiquitous.”

“I don’t think there is a single one of my daughter’s friends that I have met who doesn’t have similar tales,” the author claims.

On social media, he claimed, his daughter is frequently targeted by strange messages, with one adolescent in particular being relentless.

The father said that during her time in Year 7 and 8, his daughter had been cruelly tormented and bullied by males who called her offensive things like “sl*t,” “wh**e,” and “b**ch.”

He claimed the behavior extended beyond the playground, with boys “crawling on the floor” in front of teachers while shouting and making lewd gestures toward his daughter during class. He claimed the professors did nothing.

The harassment she was experiencing from one particular child culminated in 2019 when his daughter, who was 13 at the time, had to block an anonymous account that was sending her unsolicited d**k pictures.

The daughter claimed she questioned her classmate about the letter, who admitted planning it because “he thought it was extremely funny,” according to Daily Mail Australia.

She claimed that she was called a “snitch” when she complained to the student support staff at the school.

The majority of the male pupils, she noted, had remarked something to that effect.

Her father called the angry response of the classmates “retaliation” and claimed that it was because of the’mob’ reaction that improper behavior at the school had become accepted.

Her father claimed that after bringing up the issue with the school several times, he was eventually given a meeting with staff members and given a handwritten apology from the offending youngster.

The father reported, “(The teacher) said “he’s really contrite, he’s very apologetic.”

My daughter sent me a message on Instagram as I was leaving the office, saying, “He was literally gloating about what he was doing.”

The boy was merely suspended for a week.

Using a carriage service in a “menacing, harassing, or abusive” manner is against the law in Victoria.

The problem had been handled “appropriately,” according to Victoria’s education department.

According to a government spokeswoman, “The health and safety of our children is the primary concern for all schools, and any allegations involving student wellness are handled seriously and managed accordingly.”

The department is aware of a 2019 incident involving pupils from Balwyn High School.

At the time, the proper disciplinary measures were implemented to address student behavior, and resources for wellbeing were made accessible.

The parent took his complaints to the education department in Victoria, but he claimed he only got a “tokenistic” answer.

He was informed informally that the youngster was spoken to by two detectives.

‘I just don’t understand how we think this is acceptable in a government school.

‘The evidence would suggest the education programs don’t do anything.

‘When I went to school, any one of those behaviours would have seen me in the principal’s office.

‘The second time it would be suspension and the third time I would have been expelled from the school.

‘All they have to do is basically expel a few.

‘Make it very public that their behaviour is not to tolerated and the problem goes away.’

In a survey given to Balwyn High School in March 2021, female students said that sexual harassment and assault were rampant among the guys there, with officials allegedly watching.

It also produced a list grading the students’ beauty and claimed that boys had masturbated in front of ladies while in class as a “joke” and threatened to rape female pupils.

According to a representative for the Victorian Department of Education, the school handled the situation “appropriately and professionally.”

The spokesperson described Balwyn High Institution as “an outstanding school with strong academic output and is overseen by one of Victoria’s best administrators.”

The agency offers courses like eSmart to teach schoolchildren how to behave respectfully and safely online.

For its VCE cohort, Balwyn High also offers Project You consent education classes.
