Six women allege how Eric Weinberg, the producer of Scrubs, sexually attacked them. According to the accusers, he lured them in with the pretense of shooting their photographs, then assaulted them…and ‘excitedly’ photographed one as she wept throughout the assault.
Eric Weinberg, 62, was arrested earlier this summer on accusations of sexual assault.
In an interview conducted on Friday, six women described how he assaulted them.
All of them described how he enticed them by offering to take creative photographs of them.
According to them, Weinberg then digitally attacked them and conducted oral sex without their consent.
Others include a 16-year-old classmate of his kid who claims he asked to snap photographs of her at Starbucks.
She declined his offer and was thereby spared the torture detailed by others.
Weinberg was married and had a family when the reported occurrences occurred.
Three women have come forward to explain in detail how Scrubs producer Eric Weinberg sexually attacked them, luring them in with the pretext of capturing their pictures or dating them, and then forcing them to engage in sexual activity.
In Los Angeles, Weinberg has been charged with 20 counts of sexual assault, including rape, and is awaiting a court appearance.
The claims include numerous women, the most of whom remain anonymous, but three have renounced their right to anonymity to come out against him in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
Their allegations of graphic sexual assault join those of high school friends of Weinberg’s boys who say he approached them at Starbucks and offered to snap their pictures, as well as a 16-year-old whom he brought over for breakfast and allegedly attempted to abuse.
In 2019, his wife Hillary Baldwell filed for divorce after discovering about his sex addiction. She described to the Reporter how she uncovered troves of images of nude women in his golf bag, as well as the locations where he had met them.
Avian Anderson, one of the sexual assault allegations, said how Weinberg enticed her with the promise of collecting her images for a secret portfolio that he didn’t want to interfere with his career as a television producer.
She claims that once he got her in his house, he jumped on her.
Kayra Raecke, a 22-year-old restaurant manager, alleges that he raped her in April 2014 after persuading her to let him photograph her. She reported it to police, but the case was dismissed by prosecutors at the time. First, she alleges he began digitally probing her anus without her permission and engaged in oral sex with her to make her body ‘glisten’ for his photographs.
She then performed oral sex on him, stating she was frightened he would compel her to do anal sex otherwise.
As she was getting dressed after the 2019 incident, she alleges he told her, “You’re not going to go to the police and tell everyone I raped you, are you?”
Weinberg is now facing over 20 sexual assault and rape allegations.
She did not wash for three days in order to ‘preserve the dried semen’ on her body, and then contacted the police.
Claire Wilson, a 30-year-old artist, met Weinberg in December 2019 via the OKCupid dating app.
She recounted meeting him at a club and returning to his house for a consensual kiss. She claims that he then forced her to engage in oral sex with him, and afterwards “tied her down” and forced her to engage in additional unnamed sex activities.
Additionally, an unidentified complainant told The Hollywood Reporter that he assaulted her in 2014, when she was 18 years old. She claims that he followed her into a parking lot and informed her that he wanted to photograph her. He informed her that he worked for Scrubs, one of her favorite television programs.
The young actress-to-be contacted her mother, who expressed anxiety.
She alleges that Weinberg soothed her mother by stating, “Don’t worry, I too have a daughter.”

She brought her friend Celina Kimelman to his residence for a “picture shoot.”
She alleges that he urged her friend to wait in the living area while he carried her upstairs for better lighting and then “pushed” her to become more sexual.
She claims that he placed her on his bed, removed her clothes, and started digitally probing her without her permission or knowledge.
As her eyes filled with tears, he pulled out his camera and began capturing pictures. After returning to the living room, he offered the buddy to be photographed.

After escorting her to the second floor, the companion said he committed a similar attack on her.

‘Despite my repeated refusals, he persisted in doing what he wanted. I was unaware of his other capabilities, including aggression. It believed there was a genuine chance I may die there,’ she added.
The lady then drove to Planned Parenthood, where she said, “I believe I’ve just been raped,” before going to the police. She claims that she phoned Weinberg, who grieved over the phone over his children but did not admit to committing the crime.
Due to a lack of evidence, the LA District Attorney’s Office refused to pursue the case.
She claimed that it was nonconsensual, but when questioned by the police, he said that it was. The charge was dismissed.
Another lady said that he brought her to his home, forced her to pose in his little daughter’s bedroom, and sexually attacked her on the bed of the child.
Later, she called his wife to express concern about her daughter’s safety around him.
The actors of the popular television program Scrubs, which Weinberg often used to attract young ladies.
Other women stated that Weinberg would follow them in his vehicle and again introduce himself to them over the course of a year or several months, forgetting that he had previously rejected them.
One lady said that he approached her on a bicycle as she was walking in Echo Park.
Throughout his divorce from his wife, Weinberg sought therapy for sex addiction.
She did not file for divorce in 2017 because she did not want to make public the fact that he was addicted to sex after being accused of rape.
When she realized that he had approached their son’s 16-year-old classmate at a Starbucks and offered to photograph her, she lost all compassion.
‘It is quite difficult for me to convey how obvious it was that I was a high school kid. I was 16 and had slender, almost pubescent-length legs, she said.
The girl’s statement that she was bent over a laptop with a bag and fluffy keychain at the time is more evidence of her youth.
You impress me as a somebody who is really at ease with their body. She remembers him adding, “He takes out his camera roll and starts to show me photographs of several nude ladies.”
Weinberg has not given a public statement on the claims, but in court files and private talks he has shifted from alleging the ladies are “out to get him” to acknowledging interaction but arguing it was consensual to admitting he had “poor judgment.”
