25 protesters attempted to disrupt the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee yesterday, including a former Thomas Cook airline pilot and a drag act known as Silver Summers.

Mr Smith worked for Thomas Cook until 2019, when the airline went bankrupt and he was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. He took seven years to finish his £140,000 pilot training.

He became a spokesperson for Extinction Rebellion and has been spotted at previous rallies in his pilot uniform.

Mr Smith remarked this morning, “My sister used to joke that I’d end up as a runway or road sweeper instead of a pilot.”

‘It appears I’ve outperformed myself and am now the pooper scooper for a royal horse.’

On a more serious note, we’re in the midst of a worldwide collapse, and the only way to get the media to cover it is to do idiotic things like this and risk jail time.

‘It’s past time for us to stand up for life, heal from our collective trauma, come out of denial, and help restore nature to its former, functional splendor,’ says the author.

Beau King Houston, who also performs as drag act Silver Summers, joined him during the rally.

‘This transformation is straightforward and straightforward, and we all benefit.’ Currently farmed land might be rewilded, absorbing carbon from the atmosphere in the process.

‘All in one act, this would restore nature, save billions of creatures, and provide a solution to the climate issue.’

25 protesters were booed by crowds as they attempted to smash through security measures along the Mall at the start of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – before being dragged to the sidelines through horse manure.

Police officers in metropolitan were forced to pounce on the eco-morons ahead of the Trooping the Colour, as officers were filmed racing over barriers to where the parade was to be held, before dragging the disruptors along the ground and out of the way of the procession.

Incredibly at least two of the protesters – who were from Animal Rebellion – were able to sit in the middle of the Mall as the marching band approached.

Officers hauled them out of the way as the musicians walked by them avoiding them completely, prompting applause to the police and boos to the activists.

Minutes later Animal Rebellion proudly tweeted: ‘Animal Rebels disrupt the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations demanding that Royal Land is Reclaimed.

We’re taking more action against the dairy industry this summer than we’ve ever taken before, and we need your help.’

They captured the moment they leapt over the barriers and into the road on Instagram.

Activists claim that the Crown, as one of the country’s greatest landowners, is continuing to support the meat, fishing, and dairy industries.

Protesters claim that these industries and sectors are major contributors to the climate problem.

‘A number of arrests have been made of people who attempted to enter the ceremonial path in The Mall at approximately 10.10am today,’ said a Metropolitan Police spokesman.

‘The arrests were public order related for highway obstruction.’

Thousands of people draped in Union Jack flags, party hats and plastic tiaras are lined the Mall in the warm sunshine to watch the Trooping the Colour.

Animal Rebellion proudly tweeted: 'This summer, we’re taking bigger action against the Dairy industry than ever before, and we need you!'Some of the front-row attendees packed camping chairs, having arrived as early as 8 p.m. on Wednesday to secure the finest place.

As members of the public conversed and joked with police officers manning the perimeter, spirits were high among the crowds.

Several handcrafted signs hung from the barriers, one of which simply said “thank you.”

The customary Trooping the Colour will be seen by devoted royalists along the historic route leading up to Buckingham Palace from Trafalgar Square.

The military ceremony was used to mark a British Monarch’s official birthday for 260 years – will be carried out by 1st Battalion Irish Guards, plus more than 1,500 officers and soldiers from the Household Division.

Prince Charles will take the Salute, joined by Prince William, a Colonel in the regiment and Princess Anne.

Those who aren’t lucky enough to secure a spot along The Mall may watch the action unfold on giant screens in adjacent St James Park, Edinburgh’s Princes Street Gardens, or Cardiff’s Bute Park.

The parade will feature over 350 horses and hundreds of military musicians as members of the Royal Family ride along the Mall in carriages and on horseback to Horse Guards Parade, where the event will take place.

The Queen has promised to make two appearances on the Buckingham Palace balcony today, the first day of her Jubilee festivities, in a sign of the resilience that has distinguished her record-breaking reign.
